Westminster, MD – Carroll Lutheran Village is pleased to announce the appointment of Vanessa Berger as its new Executive Director. Bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience in senior living, Berger will oversee the day-to-day operations of CLV while working closely with
residents, families and team members to further the community's mission of providing exceptional service.
Berger’s background in senior living includes a bachelor’s degree in American studies and a master’s degree in educational administration. She has built a strong track record of delivering consistent, high-quality results throughout her career. Her accomplishments include:
• Continual collaboration with executive team members for strategic planning and master planning to increase reach and depth of services
• Successful creation and growth of memory care funds targeted to mission-based programs
• Increased overall giving by 150% in 6 years
• Developed and implemented Major Gifts & Moves Management program that resulted in a $4.5 million increase in giving over three years.
