Wantz Construction Company, Inc. is an award-winning, locally-owned, remodeling expert based in Finksburg, Maryland. Founded in 1947, we are a fourth-generation family business that specializes in accessible housing, insurance repair, renovations, additions, and custom remodeling. We believe that quality work, attention to detail, and satisfied customers are the foundations for a thriving company. Our MHIC License #1020 is one of the earliest issued by the State of Maryland, and we’re also licensed in Pennsylvania. We work in both residential and commercial capacities. Since 1986, Wantz Construction has been owned and operated by Ed Hobbs. During his tenure as President, Ed has focused on a concept of unprecedented customer service and responsibility. Our team concentrates on what benefits our customers, not on what facilitates a sale.
