I am an attorney with over 25 years of experience. My practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and administration, business law, and tax-exempt organizations. As a Business attorney, I have helped to form and get started hundreds of small businesses, including tax exempt organizations. I am an affiliate of Start-Up Carroll, a program dedicated to helping small businesses get started in Carroll County. I have taught courses at Carroll County Community College on Legal Issues in Business, How to Buy & Sell a Business, Legal Issues for Artists and Succession Planning in Business. As an Estate, Wills and Trusts attorney I help families and individuals plan and administer their estates, implement trust agreements, navigate the probate process and prepare for the future. My goal is to provide clients with high quality, reasonably priced legal services in these areas.
