Equipment Operators assist with the maintenance of the City of Westminster’s Water Distribution, Sewer Collection Systems, and Fiber Optic Network. The Operator runs various pieces of equipment to excavate and backfill ditches, perform pipe and fiber optic connections, make pavement repairs, and assist with snow removal.
As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Westminster running—from safe drinking water to reliable sewer systems to maintaining our growing fiber optic network.
The ideal candidate will enjoy outdoor work, are safety-minded, dependable, and eager to grow their skills operating equipment and maintaining essential systems.
Equipment Operator I – $17.76/hour; must have a valid Class C driver’s license. Ability to obtain a CDL Class A license within one (1) year on the job. CDL Training Class A training offered.
Equipment Operator II – $21.11/hour; must already have a valid CDL Class A license.
