- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and take accurate messages
- Respond to general inquiries about agency services, office hours, and contact information.
- Handle customer walk-ins, assist with basic policy questions, and direct clients to licensed agents as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
- Maintain and organize front desk and lobby areas to ensure a professional appearance.
- Prepare, scan, and upload documents into client files or agency management systems.
- Assist with data entry, policy updates, and client information maintenance in our CRM platform.
- Act as a liaison between clients and agency staff to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Process client payments and provide receipts in accordance with agency policy.
- Verify policy details, billing information, and renewal dates for clients when appropriate.
- Monitor and order office supplies, forms, and promotional materials.
- Assist with organizing staff meetings or office events.
- Maintain calendars and contact lists for agency staff.
- Support onboarding of new employees with desk setup or orientation materials.
- Moderate computer skills- Office 365 proficiency a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is an in-office position, with a schedule of 8:30am- 5pm Monday- Friday.
Weekly Salary of $562.50- $637.50 based on a 37.5hr work week.
