The 2025 Carroll County Food Sunday Milk Run and Stroll

Carroll County Food Sunday is pleased to announce their 11th Milk Run, a 5K footrace, walk and stroll on the Wakefield Trails system in Westminster MD. The event starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday September 20, 2025 at the Wakefield Valley Park, 1007-1001 Fenby Farm Rd, Westminster, MD 21158.

The course follows the old golf cart paved paths through a lovely naturalized environ. Walkers are welcome! Walkers have the option of a 3K (2 mile) course.

The race fee is:

• $26 before 9-1-25
• $36 afterwards
• $21 for Students & WRRC, Eldersburg Rogue Runners, and other Running Clubs
• A Byrdcall Studio original art shirt is included with each pre-registered entry (some will be available race day).
• Special Sponsor – shirt only, not running - $16

Proceeds from this race will support CCFS's milk voucher program, along with its other supplemental nutrition efforts for the Carroll Community.

Milk vouchers redeemable at local grocery stores are distributed to our client families weekly. Carroll Food Sunday is a nondenominational, almost completely volunteer operated, non-profit organization now in its 44th year. CCFS is a major provider of supplemental nutrition in Carroll County.
