Leadership Carroll Sessions

Leadership Carroll is an engaging, immersive educational experience designed to deepen your understanding of the people, organizations, and industries that shape Carroll County. Held one day per month from September through June, this dynamic program offers participants an inside look at the county’s growth, development, state and local government, education, agribusiness, and much more.

Through hands-on learning, meaningful conversations, and connections with community leaders, participants gain valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges shaping Carroll County’s future. Conducted in partnership with Carroll Community College, Leadership Carroll inspires informed leadership, strengthens community connections, and empowers participants to make a lasting impact in the place they call home.
