DESCRIPTION:Grief is something we all experience\, yet no one is meant to walk through it alone.The Marriage & Relationship Education Center (MREC) invites the community to Grieving with Hope: A Community Round Table on Thursday\, October 22\, from 12:00 1:30 p.m. at the Carroll Nonprofit Center\, 255 Clifton Blvd.\, Westminster.\nThis powerful community event will bring together three local voices for an honest and practical conversation about navigating grief and loss\, supporting others\, addressing the conflict grief can intensify\, and finding hope along the way.  \nPanelists include Amanda Gibbons\, MSW\, LCSW-C\, PMH-C\, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in grief and loss\, trauma\, and perinatal mental health\; Glen Willett\, retired Associate Pastor of Westminster Baptist Church and a GriefShare leader\; and George Conover\, an active member of Braver Angels who is committed to fostering respectful dialogue\, connection\, and courageous citizenship within the community.Together\, the panelists will offer clinical\, pastoral\, and community perspectives and explore practical ways we can better care for ourselves and walk alongside others experiencing grief.\nThere is no charge to attend and the event  is open to anyone who is grieving\, supporting someone through loss\, or simply wants to better understand how to bravely come alongside others with care and hope.\nGrieving with Hope: A Community Round Table is free to attend\, and lunch is included.
