The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships to Carroll County Public Schools teachers for the purpose of continuing teacher education that will have a direct impact in the classroom. Three scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each will be awarded. Recipients will be judged on the merit of their applications, which will be reviewed by members of the Business and Education Committee or their appointees.

Eligibility: Any full-time teacher in the Carroll County Public School System may apply. Please note: Permanent substitutes are not eligible. 2023 scholarship winners are not eligible to apply for a 2024 Chamber Scholarship

The three Scholarship winners will be announced at the awards program during the Outstanding Teacher Awards on March 20, 2024, at Winters Mill High School.  Winners will be notified in advance so that they can be present to accept their award.
